【诗 34:8】 你们要尝尝主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善，投靠他的人有福了！
【Psm 34:8】 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
看到大卫对上帝的信心，相信上帝都一直在保守看顾着他，相信上帝都善待义人，不管在怎么样的情况中，都能向上帝献上赞美的祭
大卫尝过主恩的滋味，也鼓励我们一起尝
【箴 24:10】 你在患难之日若胆怯，你的力量就微小。
【Pro 24:10】 If you falter in times of trouble, how small is your strength!

Thanks God that I have the opportunity to join mission trip in Bukit Jagus. I believe that in every mission trip, God surely will let me to learn something new, see and experience how He works in everyone life. Mission trip also strengthen my faith to Him and makes me continue to follow Him.
During this mission trip, I truly experience that God's word is powerful and meaningful to everyone. It is not just the knowledge, it can touch people's heart. How blessed am I can experience power of God's word in this MT.
How precious is the moment when someone is willing repent to turn to God, how precious is the moment that you can feel the joyful of sinner's heart when he repent to God! It's so touching! This kind of precious even though use gold also cant buy it back! This let me think of one parable in Bible that is about:
【路 15:4】 “你们中间谁有一百只羊失去一只，不把这九十九只撇在旷野，去找那失去的羊，直到找着呢？
【Luk 15:4】 "Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?
【路 15:5】 找着了，就欢欢喜喜地扛在肩上，回到家里，
【Luk 15:5】 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders
【路 15:6】 就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：‘我失去的羊已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧！’
【Luk 15:6】 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.'
【路 15:7】 我告诉你们：一个罪人悔改，在天上也要这样为他欢喜，较比为九十九个不用悔改的义人欢喜更大。”
【Luk 15:7】 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
In this MT, I also get to learn from my teammates. I learn that if we want to do something, just do it. Dont left any regret in my life and in MT too. I really thanks God that through the reminder of teammate, I dont left regret in this MT that is I grab the opportunity to share to a man that is sitting on the wheelchair. and 关节僵硬 i really afraid that he do not have the chance to hear about gospel in his life because he is just in his house, seldom go out to meet people.
I also learn from my teammate to take initiative to approach people without thinking too much. I was encouraged by her because I am the person that will always think too much before approach people.
Lastly, I also impressed by my teammate that although she was facing family problems in MT, but she still keep focus on God, faith to God's calling for Iban people. Although facing frustrated, she still believe that God will blessed her and her family when she was in MT. I was so blessed that my teammate can become my role model and I can learn from them.
Lastly, I encourage all of u stepped out your comfort zone, faith is u put youself in the conditions that without God you really can't do it. I pray that all of us although we will scare, bimbang, but we are still willing to step out our comfort zone, keep faith to our God and follow Him. Let us together experience God's power and love!
【来 12:1】 我们既有这许多的见证人，如同云彩围着我们，就当放下各样的重担，脱去容易缠累我们的罪，存心忍耐，奔那摆在我们前头的路程，
【Heb 12:1】 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
【来 12:2】 仰望为我们信心创始成终的耶稣（或作“仰望那将真道创始成终的耶稣”）。他因那摆在前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦难，便坐在 神宝座的右边。
【Heb 12:2】 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
【诗 66:10】 神啊，你曾试验我们，熬炼我们，如熬炼银子一样。
【Psm 66:10】 For you, O God, tested us; you refined us like silver.
我想，在大学参与属灵运动当中，上帝都在多方面的熬炼我，为的是成为一个合乎祂的器皿，也考验对祂的信心，让我能够更踏出信心的脚步来跟从祂。想当初在菲律宾第一次遇到挫折，遇到语言障碍的时候，真的是很灰心，也质疑为什么上帝把我放在这样的一个环境中，真的是需要完全信靠上帝，没了上帝，什么都做不到，不能一丁点用自己的努力。谢谢上帝让我参与菲律宾短宣，让我真的不是用自己的才干，而是靠着圣灵的大能，单单传讲基督，并将结果交托给神。谢谢上帝，每一次的突破，都更能增进对上帝的信心。你愿意踏出信心的脚步，愿意离开自己的舒适圈，愿意做你自己不擅长的事，来跟从耶稣，经历耶稣吗？愿我这一生，都能坚定不移的跟从耶稣。阿门！

The preparation of a desciple:
关于摩西的事迹。看到上帝怎么使用摩西，磨练摩西，使他成为一个合乎主心意的器皿。摩西是埃及王子，看到自己同胞被欺负的时候，觉得自己有责任要帮助自己的同胞免受欺负，就用自己的方法拯救以色列人，就是打死埃及人。上帝用40年时间磨练摩西，让他看到，上帝要使用一个人，要他知道到底谁是主权，学习顺服，照着上帝的心意，而不是照着我们自己的心意，我们自认为自己很努力在服侍神，这是上帝所喜悦的方式吗？我问自认的努力，在神严重show nothing，我们需要放下自己的骄傲，让上帝来主权。
也学习到，上帝愿意用40年时间，让摩西磨练自己的性子，愿意等他成长，直到他成为合用的器皿。其实只要我愿意成长，上帝也会给我时间让我学习，也不会要求我一下子就要学会很多很多东西。就好像摩西，摩西也不是个完美的人啊，他也是犯了错误啊，不过上帝还是陪伴他经过成长之路，而不是因为犯错就把他丢在一边了。在预备门徒过程中，上帝总有祂的计划。
【哀 4:22】 锡安的民哪，你罪孽的刑罚受足了，耶和华必不使你再被掳去。以东的民哪，他必追讨你的罪孽，显露你的罪恶。
【Lam 4:22】 O Daughter of Zion, your punishment will end; he will not prolong your exile. But, O Daughter of Edom, he will punish your sin and expose your wickedness.
反思：
还是想到耶利米这位先知，亲眼看到，经历耶路撒冷的荣华，经历它的衰落，是因为百姓不信靠上帝，我想他的心应该是非常的急，流泪的先知，的确如此。以前体会不到这词所带来的意义，现在长大了，才会明白，当你看到这种情况时，真的会流泪哀恸。看到圣殿在所罗门时代是多么的富丽堂皇，现在却像废墟这样，tsk tsk tsk
以色列，一个上帝所拣选的名族，因为不信靠上帝，不听祂的话，皮痒，上帝就发怒，我想上帝会发怒是因为还是爱着以色列人。以色列人就从高高在上的王子等级的，变成过街老鼠，人人喊打。而且别掳到其他国家去。这转变，相信以色列人也是措手不及。不知道他们是否会因为这样察觉自己做错了呢？是否愿意回转，来到上帝面前呢？
上帝，纵然生气发怒，发很大很大的怒，非常生气哦，不过，祂还是爱着祂的选民，遵守着与亚伯拉罕的约定，赐福给他的后代，直到万代。上帝也应许，他们的刑罚受够了，祂就应许他们不再被掳了，上帝生气归生气，还是一样爱着他们呢~
【哀 3:57】 我求告你的日子，你临近我，说：“不要惧怕！”
【Lam 3:57】 You came near when I called you, and you said, "Do not fear."
反思：
看了三章的耶利米哀歌，可以体会到耶利米是一位怜悯人的先知，他有一颗怜悯的心，看到他的同胞做着上帝厌恶的事，他会劝告他们，然后看到他们不听，也会为他们向上帝求。
也看到罪会阻拦我们的祷告蒙垂听，罪隔开我们与上帝之间的相交。
求告的时候可以为着上帝过去的行为，上帝的应许跟上帝求。
